Ingredients:
Potatoes - 2-3 per person eating
Onion - as much as you like
Flour - to sight
Egg Whites - to sight
Tuna (canned or fresh) - half part per potato part
Salt and Pepper - to taste

Directions:
Exact measurents for the ingredients are left ambiguous as it is up to the individual to prepare the latkes as they see fit.

Shred, dice, mince, or grind all of the ingredients above and mix together. Fry in a shallow oiled pan until crispy and serve hot. Enjoy! (May not be Kosher)
